Develop a person who is caring, responsible, nationalistic, creative, critical thinker and assumes responsibilities for personal and professional growth inculcating ethico-legal, moral and spiritual values.
Prepare the nurse in the assessment; planning, intervention and evaluation in meeting the self care needs of an individual, family and community.
Increase cognitive, affective and psychomotor competencies for efficient nursing performance in providing promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services.
The college attracts students from all over the world and has several collaborations with national and international bodies such as ICMR, WHO, University of Illinois Chicago USA, University of Missouri Kansas City USA, for teaching and research. The visiting Chief Minister of Perak, Malaysia made note of the impressive achievements of the college and signed an MOU to set up a similar institution in Malaysia. The college offers carefully structured courses that cover the entire gamut of modern medicine and are recognized by Medical Council of India, New Delhi, also by Malaysian Medical Council and listed in the W.H.O. directory of World Medical Schools.

- 55% and above aggregate marks in B.Sc (Nursing) Basic / Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing).
- Be a registered Nurse.
- Possess at least one year of experience.
- Be Physically fit (Certificate to be issued by Registered Medical Practitioner).
